CHRISTIAN EDUCATION MINISTRY
To bring unity to all phases of the educational programs of the church as it relates to teaching and evangelizing to all of humankind, through biblical teaching, through the use of high quality teaching materials especially prepared for specific age groups.
DEACONS MINISTRY
The primary role of the deacons is to exercise ministry, care for the sick and shut-in and needy among the membership and to act as counselors and assistants to the pastor in advancing the spiritual welfare of the church.
DEACONESS & MINISTERS' WIVES
To aid the Deacons and the Pastor in their duties to build spiritual strength and encourage salvation through Jesus Christ,, to improve the ties which bind the entire church’s purpose according to Biblical scriptures, and to serve as enablers to get all church members stimulated and challenged to support and carry out the designed program of work.
FLORAL CLUB
To work in harmony and love by volunteering services and talents to create an elegant place of worship within the sanctuary, and surrounding grounds. To work and serve God in all ways.
GREETERS MINISTRY
To establish a manner in which members feel wanted, not just welcomed to Mount Pisgah Baptist Church.
HEALTH/WELLNESS MINISTRY
The Health and Wellness Ministry continuously seek to enhance the well-being of all its members, those in our surrounding community through participatory, as well as non-participatory health-related activities.
HUMAN RESOURCE MINISTRY
To assist the church in matters related to employed personnel administration. Its work includes assisting in the determination of staff needs, employment, salary ranges, benefits, and personnel matters.
LEADERSHIP MINISTRY
To promote the church with an organizational team of Christian service leaders for effective planning, coordination, and evaluation of the Church’s programs and ministries.
MEDIA MINISTRY
The objective of the Media Ministry is to provide a DVD and CD recording of all church services on a weekly basis. To provide the greater Orangeburg with religious services through a radio ministry, and to provide other forms for the benefit of the total church body.

MUSIC MINISTRY
The mission and purpose of the Mount Pisgah Baptist Church Mass Choir shall be to promote Christianity through song, and to assist in the overall support of the church. To serve as spiritual leaders and take part in worship services, revivals, recruitment of new members, retaining old members, reclaiming in-active members and any other musical activity deemed necessary for Kingdom Building.
PRAYER INTERCESSORS
To meet with God on another person’s behalf and to take the needs of others before the Lord in Prayer.
SECURITY MINISTRY
To provide security services for the members and visiting friends of Mount Pisgah Baptist Church while at the church facilities.
SENIOR ADULT MINISTRY
To provide a forum specifically for the senior adults of Mount Pisgah Baptist Church.
SENIOR MISSIONARY MINISTRY
To provide a place for every woman, young, old, experienced and inexperienced to offer loving Christian fellowship with other women of the church.
STEWARDSHIP & FINANCE COMMITTEE
To establish written policies and procedures to govern financial matters and financial accountability at MPBC.
TRUSTEE MINISTRY

USHERS MINISTRY
To provide comfort and promote the fellowship necessary in God’s house. To serve as doorkeepers in the house of the God.
WARDS (One, Two, Three, & Four)
The purpose of the Wards is to promote helpful Christian experiences and bring fellowship and union among the Church people.
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
To reach out to the world through prayer, teaching, sharing, etc. to spread the word of Jesus Christ. To promote Christianity among women through edification, encouragement, enrichment and evangelism.
YOUNG WOMEN'S AUXILIARY
The Y. W. A. is an organization for young women to pursue mission study, personal evangelism and mission action. The Y.W.A. is an organization which works to involve young women in “God’s redemptive work in today’s world.” It is a fellowship designed to help young women to be God’s redeemed ones, and to do work to bring others into fellowship of the redeemed.
YOUTH MINISTRY
To develop the youth to be true disciples to fulfill the Great Commission, and to follow, imitate, and pursue Christ. To help them discover their calling, be made whole, and equip them to do the work of God.
